HI, I’M LAURA SENIC

I’m a registered nurse with training in nurse coaching, functional medicine, and functional nutrition, and the founder of Bramble Wellness.

My work is grounded in a whole-person, functional approach to health—one that looks beyond symptoms alone and considers how stress, lifestyle, nutrition, nervous system health, and life experiences intersect over time.

As a nurse coach, I don’t believe health is built through pressure, perfection, or willpower. I’m trained to help people slow down, connect patterns, and create realistic, sustainable changes that actually fit their lives.

Alongside my functional training, I bring nearly a decade of nursing experience across emergency care, perioperative nursing, and hospice and palliative care. That background has shaped how I hold space, how I listen, and how deeply I respect the complexity of being human.

At Bramble Wellness, education and partnership come first. This is a space where “normal labs” and persistent symptoms can be explored thoughtfully, where your lived experience matters, and where care adapts to the season you’re in.

You don’t need quick fixes or rigid plans. You need steady support, clear understanding, and room to grow—one branch at a time.
