About Laura

I’m Laura Senic—a registered nurse, nurse coach, and the founder of Bramble Wellness.

Before I ever imagined building a wellness practice, I spent years working in emergency care, perioperative nursing, and hospice and palliative care. Those roles shaped me in ways no training program ever could. They taught me how to sit with uncertainty, how to listen beyond words, and how much people need to feel seen when their lives feel fragile or overwhelming.

Working so closely with people at the edges of life also changed how I understand health. I saw how often suffering isn’t caused by a single diagnosis, but by years of stress, unmet needs, and being expected to push through without support. I learned that care has to move at the speed of trust.

My training in nurse coaching, functional medicine, and functional nutrition gave me language and structure for what I was already sensing: that health is deeply personal, shaped by physiology, experience, environment, and season of life. It also reinforced my belief that no one should be treated as a problem to solve.

In my work, I value steadiness over urgency, curiosity over assumptions, and partnership over authority. I’m less interested in fixing people and more committed to walking alongside them as they learn to understand their bodies and lives more fully.

Outside of Bramble Wellness, I’m a wife and a mom of three, navigating busy days, shifting priorities, and the realities of family life. Living inside that complexity keeps me grounded and reminds me that health has to fit the life you’re actually living.

If you’re here, I hope you feel welcomed — not pressured, not analyzed, just met where you are.
